RETURN POLICY
Ardor will accept your returned orders within 30 days of purchase. Your item will be eligible for a return as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
The moment we receive the returned item in perfect shape, we begin to process your full refund, which may take about 3-5 business days for domestic returns and 5-10 for international. Once this process is completed, we will send you an email to inform you about your refund.
Remember that we will not be responsible for returned items until they get to us— you are. We will not be held accountable if the returned item gets missing or damaged.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

EXCHANGES
Apologies! We do not offer exchanges at this time. However, we allow you to return your unwanted orders and place a new one. On this note, kindly go through, and follow our return policy for items you intend to exchange. For new orders, go through our product categories and shop for varieties of sexy, comfy athletic wear made just for you.
FINAL SALES
Sports or casual wear tagged ‘final sales’ are unreturnable, and as such, cannot be refunded.
GIFT CARD REFUNDS
When you purchase our items with a gift card, your refund will be credited to that gift card.
